This document can be used in the following situation:
As the owner of a holiday home in this country or abroad you would like to rent it out to tourists. If the holiday home is not situated on your private property but on a recreation park you need the permission of the park to make your accommodation available to a third party. You have also taken out a buildings and contents insurance and you checked whether this insurance allows you to rent out a holiday home to a third party.
There are no additional legal regulations for renting out a holiday home. Therefore it is particularly important to draw up a sound holiday home tenancy contract. You only have to buy our model contract once and then you can use it without limitation.
